Files that have end with.ithmb are created by Apple. Most likely, you own an iPod or iPhone and connected it to your computer. The ITHMB files are simply thumbnails that link to larger images. ITHMB are usually small in size and limited to 25 images on a device, so if you regularly connect your iPhone or iPod, we wouldn't delete them.
Ultra File Opener (UFO) recovers photos stored in ITHMB format generated by iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch. With UFO you can view ITHMB photos, convert them to popular JPEG or PNG file formats, and make beautiful photo prints. UFO also provides quick and easy file viewing for over 260 file formats, including photo, image, text, and data files. CompuClever ITHMB Viewer. Lists as FREE, but when you use it, there's a watermark across the picture. Then you find out it's $4.99 to remove the watermark. Remove from store/ransomware.

This app says free, but you have to pay to actually remove watermarks. I would rather give the other app that comes right out and says you have to pay $4.99 my money.
